I'm traveling to Orlando soon and want to attend Haunted Horror Nights at Universal, probably Oct. 2. I'm debating whether it's a better deal to get a regular HHN ticket and an Express pass or just get a regular theme park ticket and then stay that night for the Scare and Stay discount. Looks like the price for either is about the same. Which is a better way to go? I think I'm leaning toward the Scare and Stay without Express.

Also, I'm wondering if anyone knows of any discounts I could get for the one day. I'm not a Florida resident.

Oct 2nd is a peak night and opening weekend. I would plan on it being rather crowded. The Stay and Scream will get you in early, and you should be able to get 1-2 houses in before the crowd gets very large. The Express Pass will get you express line acces for each house once. I would lean toward doing the express pass if you can only choose one. Doing both would be much better!!

Just as a tip: If anyone does do both S&S and Express, don't use your express passes on those 1-2 first houses that have sub 20 minute lines. Save them for later if you want to do that house again.

Oh, and make sure to come by and visit the Undertaker in the Ghost Town. I have a pine box that's just your size.....
