We take both of our cars into the VW dealer in Windsor for service and I've got my wife's SUV going in tomorrow and my car on Friday. Since the CDN dollar is doing so good, that means I'll have to bring even more US cash over. It's only being bought at like 1.18 or so now Being on the other side of the fence and coming back isn't always fun. I used to complain, too, about the CDN dollar being so weak against the greenback -- until I moved here . Anyway, c'est la vie.

I have had a U.S. bank account since I started doing Ebay transactions as I prefer to be paid in us dollars. Ours is with ScotiaBank and I needed to send money to California last week and got a bankdraft in U.S. funds from them to send and didn't cost me a penny as it was included with my account package. Saved me 5.00 which is the normal fee for these type of cheques. Just my two cents........
