I can not believe that I am getting ready to make ADRs for AUGUST!!! Anyway, I'm hoping someone can review my ideas and give me any feedback. We will be traveling "adults only" for our 20th wedding anniversary. Our trip is August 6-12th and using the meal plan. I am really only worried about my TSes as that is what I need to make ADRs for. Right now my ideas are:

Aug 6th - Yachtsman Steakhouse. Thinking a fairly early dinner 5:30 or 6pm and I am going to try to reserve an Illuminations Cruise for that night. We've never eaten at Yachtsman before but I believe it is in the same area where the cruise leaves (?) If the Illuminations Cruise falls through or maybe afterwards, if we're not dead tired from traveling that day, I'd like to see Jellyrolls.

Aug 7th - Sleeping in and Kona Cafe for a late breakfast. Maybe 10am or so (that is late for us!) Then a late CS in whatever park we visit.

Aug 8th - Wolfgang Puck maybe around 7pm or so and then hanging out at the Adventurer's Club. We've never done Pleasure Island but I would love to take advantage of NO KIDS!

Aug 9th - the big anniversary day! HOPING for Victoria and Alberts Chef's Table but if not the Chef's Table, just regular dining. OOP obviously. I have no idea on a time. Maybe 7pm or so.

Aug 10th - Bomas. We have never visited the Animal Kingdom Lodge and I thought this might be something fun and new to try. I have no idea on a time. Are their windows in this restaurant? Can you see the animals?

Aug 11th - Le Cellier. We have eaten here YEARS ago on a lark and really enjoyed it. I have no idea on a time.

I should mention that we have a big family (and extended family) trip planned for 10 days at Christmas so we will be doing LOTS of other restaurants at that time!

I'd love any input on what you think of these ideas or if you have additional things to add!

Those are some excellent choices. I would not change a thing. Sorry, don't know about seeing animals from Boma. Still on my list to do!

I see you are planning both Yachtsman & LeCellier. Unless you really really like steak I believe just one of these resturants would be OK. I would do LeCellier and go to Spoodles on your first night so you can have TS credits left for your last day and do a characture breakfast somewhere. Spoodles was our favorite resturant in December and it is right on the Boardwalk.

You can't see animals while dining at Boma but before or after dinner you can walk out and look at them.
