We will be staying at CR over the 4th of July and were wondering if there is a good spot to view Wishes from, other than the tower rooms or the California Grill? I would also appreciate any other advice that might be helpful during our stay there, this will be our first time and we do not know what to expect.
Thanks!

There is a 4th floor observation deck that is open to the public. We always visit this spot after eating dinner at Chef Mickey's. We've never seen the fireworks from there but the view must be fine as the view of Space Mountian and the Castle is good.

The deck is a little tricky to find because it isn't really marked with a sign pointing it out. Basically it is just a small deck that looks toward the MK, right under the Monorail line. It is down at the end of the 4th floor past the large gift shop. You can go out and the door doesn't lock behind you. Nothing fancy but a good view... Also small so if you choose this spot, get out there early. :)

We were at WDW 2 summers ago on July 4th. The fireworks were the most amazing we have ever seen. They shoot them off from all around Bay Lake and you literally don't know where to look next because so many are going off at once. It was very cool!

we went when they were testing wishes, usually around 10pm or so,after the park closed. it was great from the observation deck. they also pipe in the music. it was never crowded when we went. have a great time!
