Seeing Santa at Epcot? Who has? Info?

Who has seen Santa at Epcot? We plan on meeting him there this coming Sunday. We are going to catch at boat to docks right there at the beginning of world showcase hopefully right around 12. From what I've seen Santa starts meeting at 1:30. I have no idea how long it takes to take the boat to the other side. So was wondering if anyone has seen him there yet and what the waits were like. If we get on a boat right around 12 maybe a little after will we be there in time to get in line a bit before 1:30 and not have to wait to long? Thanks!

Are you talking just Santa or the other Christmas characters/legends throughout World Showcase? If the latter, they will keep you moving as you try to catch them all. I don't know that you can see all of them in one day, just because of the timing.

No I just mean US Santa and Mrs Claus
