Wow, I don't know how famous the photographer is, but if they are trying to pin this on her ( the photographer ) that's just sad. And if she was really " asked to remove her shirt" then why didn't she just refuse? I wouldn't EVER agree to take off my shirt in a photo shoot. *shame* -_-

I'm sorry, but if she's "so embarrassed" about this photo, why take the other scandalous photos that have been floating around? They seem much more sexual in nature, even though she looks more clothed in her personal photos.

I don't understand why stars keep taking naked/suggestive pictures of themselves, or making sex tapes. You KNOW it's going to end up public (cause they ALL do), and we all can't be Paris Hilton's who only become famous BECAUSE of our sex tapes.
