Well I just sold my last 100 point contract for VB . I will be getting married and buying a house so I wont be vactioning a lot in the coming couple of years. PLus when I bought VWL was still available and that is where I really want to own, it is my favorite. so in 2 or 3 years I will be back and owning where I want to stay. I never even went to VB. DVC was the best investment I ever made, even though my points lost value, the number of times I stayed and the memories I was able to create are invaluable, plus the points did not loose that much value. I can not wait untill I can purchase again.

Why would you get rid of it just because you are getting married? Even if you are unable to go for a few years- rent out the points to cover the annual cost & save it until you can go!

I am not selling merly because I am getting married, if I was I would be selling my cars too. I am selling because i have stayed at all wdw DVCs and VWL is by far my favorite, To be DW prefers AKV. I have never been to VB and as time goes on and I have children and can only visit during school vacations the 11 month booking window will be a lot more important. So after on about 2 years I will buy a VWL resale, which is where I should have bought originally.
