OK, so I know this trip isn't to DLRP, but I just completed on line check in and printed off my boarding passes as tomorrow we are off to Disneyland California. I am looking forward to seeing how Walts origional park compares to DLRP. I'm sure I will take lots of pictures!!

So folkes who have trips coming up, I hope you all have a great time. Say Bonjour to Mickey for me, I'll be seeing him in October!!

Have a fantastic time. Its a shame you probably wont see many characters as they seem to spend most of their time at DLP now rather than in America but Im sure you'll have a great time anyhow

Ooooh, I'm jealous, DL California is the original park and it's kind of special to me as my Dad lives in California, so we've been there twice ourselves!

Have a truly fantastic time, hope the weather isn't too unbearably hot!

Have a great trip :wave2:
Hope you will come back and share your trip. I'm sure many would love to hear about DL :goodvibes

Have a lovely lovely trip!!

I'm so jealous as LA holds a special place n my heart and miss it most days, so if you are in the Westwood area (near west hollywood/beverley hills) stop off for a diddy reise for me!

Enjoy Vegas! (Impossible not to!) and the sunshine of course!!

We are spending 3 nights in Hollywood at the Rennaisance Hotel, the one attached to the Hollywood and Highlands complex so I might have to check that place out!!

Wow, I love hollywood and Highland, that's a great hotel!! You might get a view of the hollywood sign! The CPK there is really good!! If you haven't eaten at CPK before its LUSH! Theres one in the Mirage too (near the sports book)

Have you been to hollywood before? If not then you'll really recognise the roosevelt hotel across the street from you (tower of terror is almost and exact copy of it)

I went in there for breakfast a couple of times but now I've been on ToT my memories of it seem to make it spooky somehow! If you don't have reakfast included in your hotel price then go and get some at the roosevelt one day its really lovely.

If you do want to go to westwood (and UCLA campus - which you'll love if you were ver a buffy fan! lol) then jsut head west on sunset (one block from your hotel) until you reach wilshire, then turn left onto wilshire and you'll be in westwood. The fox cinema there is amazing!

Often has big premieres! (I missed brad and angelina by a day once!)

Make sure to visit Santa Monica too!! 3rd Street is great!!

I haven't been to Hollywood before so am really looking forward to doing all the studio tours. I've been to Vegas twice before, though this time we are staying at a different hotel, we are at the Bellagio for 7 nights.

Well have a wonderful time! I'm off to Vegas next September, but tell it I miss it for me!! :-)

And if you have a spare evening see KA at the grand, 'O' seems to shadow all the other cirques but it is amazing!!

We already have tickets booked for O and Ka :thumbsup2 Plus a Grand Canyon helicopter tour!!

Awesome!! The helicoper tours are amazing, if you booked with sundance ask for Chuck, he's great!! :)

We used Sundance last trip which is why I used them again. Last time we did the lunch trip, this time we have upgraded to include a raft ride down the Colarado, the glass bridge and dinner with the najavo indians. I am super excited about this!!
