Security Entrance

May be a silly question, but with all the construction going on in downtown Disney, have any of the security lines and entrances been affected? Specifically the one by Disneyland Hotel, because I am assuming the GCH one is fine?

We stayed on Harbor the first week of November. I was surprised Disney did not open the gate right there at the cross-walk until 7am. Security asked we form 4 single file line as they lead the group towards the security check tents.
