Security Checks Still in Place?

Are there still security check points before going into the parks? Has anything changed from a yr. ago--the lines went fast and they just poked around in my purse. Any thoughts?

They are still there, and the lines move pretty quickly.

Not only are they still there, but they were adding permanent places for it while we were there in March (a roofed area with permanent tables in place of the umbrellas/awnings and folding tables they had before).
