Thanks for the hugs. I don't mind the fact that I have to work, too much, but I do mind the boredom. The last two years I took less than 20 calls over a 8 hour shift. This year I am a team leader so at least I have some admin to do (like preparing the end of quarter figures).

oh what a nightmare ... hopefully next year it will be your turn not to work I've worked Christmas Day quite a few times in the past but I've changed jobs so that's a thing of the past now.
