secret porthole rooms

Okay....what exactly are "secret porthole rooms"???

They were once cat 9 outside porthole rooms but were reclassified as cat 10 as they have the standard porthole but with an obstructing view.There are six rooms I believe in this cat. According to the passporters guide they are 5020,5022,5024,5520,5522,5524. They also have a slightly different layout to normal cat 10 inside statrooms.
