Since all names have been picked up, this thread will now be known as the "I think I know who my secret pal is" or "I don't have a clue as to who my secret pal is" thread. Secret pals, let's not confirm or deny our identity on the boards. Let's wait to reveal ourselves when we send the second package to keep everyone in suspense and the fun going. How does that sound?

Just had a question. This is my first exchange so excuse me if this is a dumb question. I know the post office was concerned about mailing packages without return addresses on them after 9/11. Is this still a problem? What do you do to get around it if it is?

Really cool white flip flops with oranges on them! They are soooooo comfy. I absolutely love them! I think I know who you are secret pal! Thanks so much for the great gift!

I figured that I could put my return address (minus my name, of course) on the package. It will have a postmark with my city on it anyway. I just changed the location on my DIS profile while the secret pal exchange is happening, so that my city and state are no longer there.

Mal, I wanted to do a little more research today before I gave my final answer. There was a note inside the package identifying the sender as my "secret pal". I'll let you know later today who I think it is.

Sure is fun hearing about others. July 31st is still several days away. Some of us may be last minute people. Our time will come.

I haven't received anything yet, but I haven't sent anything yet either. Not sure what I should send. I have lots of ideas, just not sure where to start. Maybe I'll need to do some shopping today.

I'm still waiting for my package also. I did my shopping the day after our pal names were sent out, so one package was already sent, and I have the second to send in the next week or so. This is so much fun!

Went shopping today and hope to mail stuff out tomorrow while kids are at swimming lessons. I love what I purchased and hope my Secret Pal does too.

I shopped. Just gotta wrap. And of course mail. I just started a new p/t job after four month's maternity leave so I am a little slow these days.

Guess what! My favorite evil witch sent me not one, but TWO pairs of flip flops and an address book. A lime green pair and a "bejeweled" pair that are sooooo comfy and make me feel like a princess (plus they add a couple of inches to my vertically challenged body) along with a cute Pooh address book. As soon as I saw the return address I knew who it was from and got a huge grin on my face. You gals are too good to a flip flop addict! Thanks Jan!
