Well it is 40 degrees here, cloudy and rain, snow this evening after midnight!

yesterday was beautiful... we meet friends to go over to Mount Vernon and spend the day, the sun was bright and warmed everyone up nicely and we walked about 4 miles through he grounds and exhibits. We had so much fun we bought an annual pass.....

Lets see Friday was a crazy day commuting but we ended up at the Hippodrome in Baltimore to see Jersey Boys and it was wonderful. Would recommend anyone go see it. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons are great anyway, but this was a great show!

Today is working from home since my office is closed for President's Day! Hope everyone stays warm and safe!

Just booked our hotel room for the food and wine marathon My cousin got a 35% pin code so with tax and all it was 288 for 4 nights All Star Sports... Had to stick with the theme!!

well the knee has a large foreign body in it. at some point needs surgry again. but not until the sarcoidosos gets undercontrol my dr said. emily's bday party went great yesterday. she got the cutes toy box it is a minnie i will have to take a pic and show

Heather-- Congrats to Chris. Our church won't allow godparents that young. I believe they have to be atleast 16 and completed most of their sacraments.

I saw that. I am SO hoping it doesn't happen...It is a pain enough having to schedule ADR's 180 days out. I'd hate to have to schedule everything. It would remove any chance of relaxing.

Well, he was supposed to be 13, but their Priest didn't care. As long as he was Baptised and working towards his comfirmation he was ok with it.

Good luck with Krista and the oral surgeon, Kat! We need to get Meag in to see the ortho, because I KNOW she will need braces (she says she only wants if she can have invisalign), but the last time, they asked if she had lost all her baby teeth... umm, not even close! She's only lost the fronts and 2 of the side teeth total. Krista started getting her widom teeth at early 11. That will be so much fin later. I think both of them will need some Ortho help, but the dentist isn't in my budget schedul until late March/early April!

Enjoy the warmth! We had 67 degrees yesterday, and 50's today, pretty much all weekend. We are loving it, let me tell ya! They are saying rain and turning colder next week, probably highs in the upper 20's at the coldest, though. Hopefully that won't last TOO long.

Colder here yesterday a bit better today. It's (the weather & temps)bouncing so bad now, you know March will be a bear!

My thoughts exactly on both things!

Good luck to the sil. I get to spend my Monday off having a mamogram......o joy of joys. B was with me and asked me what that was. I told him it was taking pics of the girls, but it was equivalant of having them slammed into a freezer door over and over. Or running over them with the car tires on a cement floor in Jan.!

BTW... Krista did great on Friday. They were able to remove the lump while we were there and gave me a great deal, thank gooodness!

Seems she had bitten her inside lower lip area and it had healed with scar tissue. The saliva glands in that area couldn't get through the scar so these bulged up. They did take a lot out, I must say. Yes, I am one of those that pick up the specimum (sp) bottle and look!

She has about 4 stitches and did get a bit puffy/fat lip looking. didn't think she needed anything for pain, until I got ready to leave for work and then the whining started as the novicane wore off. All in all a good weekend though! Got her follow up, then I have to go and see what is removing my gum line (?) where my wisdom teeth were. Then the dentist after that, and my "lady" checkup. Still checking into medical insurance pricing, but really prefer not to take a whole paycheck for it!!
