Secret Green Club - whatever number thread

how do I find Dis Unc to PM? If I have to have pictures in May I have practice right now.
Just go to private message on the top left and type in Dis Unc. Of course he spends most of his time on FB these days. We'll have to let him know to check in here.

wow another thread. Hi all its been awhile my little one is going to be a year in a couple of weeks. Ive been sick again found out i have sarcoidoses ya me. hope everyone is well
Wow a year, that's awesome. Sorry about your illness.

Well, he knows now... I took 15 minutes to explain it to him last night... to which he said "well, they knew what I meant!" :lmao:
Now he'll never post again. :rotfl:

Rick took the day off from work today, just called me and said he was going to get some breakfast and see about getting in to get his glasses replaced, they broke a couple weeks ago. He has pretty good vision, hardly any correction, BUT his eyes see independently of each other, so wearing his glasses gives him prism's, to make one eye see up slightly and the other down slightly. Without them, he sees two of everything.
Dh has to get new glasses too, he fell asleep and rolled on them :headache:

Hey there, Mary. Guess the tree is STILL up? Just put hearts on it and say it is a Valentines tree!
Still up with the Christmas decorations on it.

Today is one month since Bill died by the date. Sat. was one month by the day. Found it hard to write the date earlier without getting a bit emotional. One day at a time, sometimes 1 step at a time.

Thank you for your continued thoughts & prayers.
:grouphug: If you haven't already make sure you file for survivor benefits for the kids with SSA.

Today is my oldest brother's 61st birthday. He's the one that is so ill and lives in FL.

Kat I'm very sorry I didn't know that Bill had passed. I missed it on the other thread and this thread. Hugs to you and all the kids. I just went back and found the post on here about it. Like Rick I am too busy to be on here all the time :snooty: if that was what Rick meant. ;)

Update on Sambo, now that he's coming along he's really coming along. He is completely off the breathing stuff. He can talk, but his throat is still a little raw. He took 4 steps the other day. His twin has been to see him and they were holding hands. He has lost a lot of the fluid. He is also out of the PICU. Not sure how long before he goes home. He is on a colosopy bag-- something went wrong during one of the surgeries. He will probably have to go back in this summer to get off the bag. Good news is he is starting to pick up some of the characteristics he had before the first transplant. His mom was talking to the dr and said she really thought he was going to die. The dr said as long as we're telling the truth I did too. Thank GOD that there was another plan for Sam. At one time he was on like 45 different meds, that has been drastically cut down too.
Thiat is great news!:grouphug:

As I'm sure you all can tell, I have Kellyitis.:headache: 5:30 is going to come WAY too soon. On the upside, it is officially Hump Day!!!:yay:

Hallo PEEPs!

Not so happy today for me. We have some furniture that was my grandmother's. The boy was using some in his room. He had a bedside dresser and packed the drawer and broke the bottom. He ended up taking the drawer out and put it in his closet. When I saw it I told him to put it back-- he didn't tell me it was broke. This was oh about 4-6 mos ago.

Fast forward to yesterday he decided he didn't want the piece so he put it in the basement. My mom saw it and drug it upstairs to cram into her already over crowded room. I saw it in the hallway today because it didn't fit. I told the boy to put the drawer back in only to be told by him that he can't. Upon further questioning it turns out he threw it away. He didn't want it and knew it was broke-- didn't tell me or anyone else---and decided since he didn't want it he could just chuck it.

I am so mad at that, he knew that was a set so he would have to put the drawer back in-- apparently it never occured to him that the drawer could be fixed. He deliberatly threw it away w/o telling anyone. Anytime he doesn't want things he just takes them and shoves them in the basement or the living room no this piece he carefully wrapped in a trash bag so no one would see him. :headache: I am so upset because my mother will be so upset when it comes out. I told him to move the piece upstairs so she won't see it anymore. She won't forget because the piece goes to a bedroom set. Does anyone want a soon to be ex teenage boy?!?!?!

I realize it's only stuff, but to my 80 y/o mom it means the world to her because it was her mothers.

As I'm sure you all can tell, I have Kellyitis.:headache: 5:30 is going to come WAY too soon.

I feel your pain. This morning I woke up to make sure dh got to work, he left w/o waking me :littleangel: because he knows how hard it is for me to fall asleep. I wish the business across the street did. They got a delivery very very early this morning and the driver decided that he needed the backup alarm on and it only took him about 15 tries to finally back in the right spot. :headache: THEN he had to use the raise and lower the lift alarm while he went up and down countless times. :headache:

It's not my fault if I'm a bit over the edge today. pirate:

oh and tell B that mickey ice cream bar:mickeybar you were gonna buy him in DW is now being bought for T :teeth:

Mary, I'm sure he'll be back eventually, he just can't stay away from us for long, LOL. And yes that WAS what he meant. Of course, I disagree with his statement that way too, as he has time to be on FB and play about 10 different FB games all day.

T, Catie told me this morning that she thinks you should take her with you to WDW in May since "it's by her birthday". :lmao:

I figured if you all can have a laugh at my expense, that if that's the worst I can do for the day, then I'm a step ahead.... I am soo ready for the weekend here, 40's and possibly 50's for the highs.....May will be here before we know it.....:cool1::laundy::cool1:

 I'm sorry Mary, that stinks. I can see that happening here too, and it frustrates me to no end. The drawer could have been fixed....all he needed to do was let you know.
I think that I would also be upset that because of this, my 80 year old Mother was lugging heavy furniture up out of the basement.

Ugh! I'd be ticked. We don't have any community trash service here....everyone just contracts with whatever trash service they choose. This means that EVERY DAY is trash day for someone on the street. The one company seems to always come at 4:30 AM.:headache:

I knew you would love it. Its funny to me that she OBVIOUSLY hasn't figured it out at all, who knew YOU having a trip would be such good camo for us having one... allows us to talk about it quite a bit without her getting it at all. Well, plus I talk about a cruise in 2013...

Almost to the double digit dance time :banana:
I believe we are at 100 days today! No I gotta just hope my leave request is approved. Won't know that until atleast 3/15

I think that I would also be upset that because of this, my 80 year old Mother was lugging heavy furniture up out of the basement.
I did find out that he atleast carried it up for her. He told me that he told my mom about it today and she was ticked. She didn't take it as bad as I thought, but I'm sure I'll hear more about it tonight.

Yahoo. so when/where are u doing a cruise? We were thinking of doing a regular cruise out of Baltimore next year. Not sure when or where yet.

Mary, we want to do a cruise on the Disney Dream, probably like a 3 or 4 day cruise with 4 days land portion.
