Can anyone remind me where the "secret deck" is and also give me details on how to access it?

I seem to think it is on deck 7 forward but can't find anything to back this up. I would like ensure that there is a chair there with my name on it for approx. 2 hours every day of our cruise ! I need to catch up on my reading and/or staring off into space while sipping a yummy drink while thinking of nothing but what will be on the dinner menu.;)

It is on deck 7, however, it's at the back of the ship.....Andy

Shhh.... there is no secret deck!

Move along... move along...

;)

trying to guard her favorite empty place to go,

And the door is locked at dusk. So no midnight star gazing, which is a shame.

I checked this out and it was very nice. The two or three times that i went there, virtually i had the place to myself. Be sure to check it out!

Make sure you bring your yummy drink with you....they do not have bar service on the "secret deck". Just walk all the way aft and you will see the access door. It used to be open all the time but according to the CM's we asked...teens and/or adults were doing some unDisney things out there at night so they had to lock the doors in the evening.

I have been on the secret deck as late as 10:30 pm, so it is not always locked at dusk.

You all must be talking about my private verandah:teeth: .
We love going there to watch the Capt. dock the ship at Cast Away Cay.

Hey, if you guys keep announcing where this "secret deck" is, it won't be so secret anymore! But at least I know about it now ;) Deck 7 aft, gotta remember that....

I brought my daughter out on the secret deck every day, it was nice and empty and a great place for the kids to run and burn off some steam! I am glad it closes at night, we had the room right next to it and one morning I was out on my verandah and had people on the secret deck looking over the rail into our room!

Our room was right by the deck on our last cruise, and it was probably closed more than it was open. It was locked up by 10:00 or 11:00 pm every evening, and several days it was closed even during the day. But, I enjoyed the deck several times when it was open (I especially liked going there in the early morning while DW and DSD were still in bed).

We enjoyed it on our cruise last month. I took my granddaughter out there each morning for "tea" (she prefers chocolate milk) while her parents got dressed.

Be aware, though, that an awful lot of smokers use the deck too. It's not a place to go to get away from them, and once or twice we had to leave because of it.

I really appreciate all of the responses and also for the heads up regarding the smokers.

At the same time, I apologize for letting the cat out of the bag for those that are trying to keep this area hush hush;) Hopefully only those that read these boards will be privy to this top secret location.
