Pembo said:We were there last June about this time. Yes it's hot. Yes it's crowded. But if you get to the parks at opening or go to am EMH, you can get alot done by lunch. We almost always left the parks after lunch, went to the hotel to swim. By the time we were ready for dinner the rain would start. We ate at the food court at our resort. Then the rain would stop and we'd head back out.
Just be prepared with rain ponchos and a good plan for rides and you'll be fine. I also loved my misty fans I got at the dollar store. My kids liked the big ones that sprayed water and I was quite attached to my handheld fan.

Yes, it is hot but since we're from Louisiana we are accustomed to heat and humidity and aren't shy about taking breaks in the a/c and get rehydrated. We are going for a bit longer stay this time so we can really relax and if a park is very crowded, we'll go somewhere else and will go another day/night. And one thing about the rain is that it does clear lines out.![]()
WDW LOVR said:We agree. It's almost a state of mind. You know it's going to be hot. You know it's going to be crowded (but not as crowded at July and beginning of August) and you know it's going to rain every afternoon. But with a little planning we've always been able to do everything we want. Evidenced by our up coming 9 night trip June 13-22.
