Second show of Fantasmic! during EMH?

July 3rd is a Sunday and it is the evening EMH for MGM Studio. I was hoping to catch the second show of Fantasmic! at 10:30 since the park officially closes at 10:00 and most of the off-site visitors will have gone to the 9:00 show. Good plan or will this backfire? I've never been to WDW before and my only concepts of how crowded it will be has been through these boards. TIA!

We were at MGM for 6/5 EMH with 2 shows of Fantasmic. We did the FDP for the 9pm show and when we exited the theater onto Sunset Blvd. we noticed there was a good sized line then...but I doubt it was a bad as the 9pm since I don't think there was an empty seat in the place.
