Second room linked to second Credit card?

I set up a reservation for my family and our friends, and I'm wondering if I can have our friends room linked to their own credit card. Does anyone know?

Yes. When you check in you can each present a credit card for your room for all charges.

We tried that, and it all went toward one room charge and we had to split it up ourselves. Then we could pay it off with separate credit cards at the front desk.

Didn't work for us, either. We just split the costs at the end of the trip.

When you check in the reservations have to actually be split by the CM and then the cards applied to each room.

It can be done, but seems to be something that can confuse the less experienced CM. It confused ours and she had to get a more seasoned CM to assist.
