We loved the Ohana breakfast - twice in 2009. The food was very good. It's your usual scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, Mickey waffles, fresh fruit etc... but it was SO delicious. And they served 2 warm breakfast breads that were moist and delicious! 1 was cinnamon raisin, and the other was pineapple coconut.
And being family style (not a buffet), you can relax at your table while the characters come around. Each meal, they came by several times and did a parade around the restaurant. Mickey taught DS4 how to give the surfing Shaka sign. Lilo, Stitch, Mickey, and Pluto were all great.
While Kona Cafe, I hear, has a good breakfast too... with kids.... I'd choose Ohana instead without even thinking about it. If you really want the famous Tonga Toast, get it another morning from the QS place - Capt. Cooks, it's only about $5 and enough for 2 people... but why share?
