Second Day Free

We will be in Orlando the week after Labor Day and I am looking at Ticket options. I thought I had them figured out, but the wife keeps insisting that if we wait and buy the tickets at the gate, we will get the second day free. Once, years ago, before IOA even opened, we went and they had this option. This was the middle of January. Now she's telling me me a friend was there a couple of weeks ago and they had this option at the gate. Can someone that has been there recently or lives there explain if this option is there or what. From what I can find, the $99 for 7 days is the best deal.

I haven't heard anything about that at Universal...Sea World yes...but Universal no. The $99 ticket is the best deal out there right now.

If you buy the 2 day park ticket at the gate, second day of usage is anytime you return.


that second day is not free as you are paying for a 2 day ticket.



the last time i can recall of going one day and having the second day free was back in 1993.
have not seen that promo since.

if you plan on being at universal for 2 days, go with the 7 day promo pass.
