Second credit/gift card in MDE for mobile ordering?

Was wondering if you can store a second credit card in MDE to use for mobile ordering?

And if so, could I store a Visa gift card in MDE, along with my Discover (which I had used for the package deposit and ADR reservation holds) to use for mobile ordering payment? I read that you can't use Disney GCs for mobile ordering, but was wondering if a Visa GC would be permitted?
