Sebatian's First Week Walk Up

It's like my brain cannot compute. What do I do? I just walk up? Sounds like a trick So we are staying at Caribbean Beach in 9 days. We will be there for the initial opening week of Sebastian's. I have a few nights when I could factor in a dinner there. So my plan is to arrive an hour before opening time. Will that work you think?

Even 1/2 hour could be good. BUT the idea of one hour sounds best.
