Where do we go to sign up for the Penguin encounter if we already have our admission tickets? Also Quick Queue? Thx!!

Guest Services (just inside the park....straight ahead after you go through the turnstiles) will be able to get you set up with both Quick Queue and the Penguin Encounter .

Oh, one more question. What time can we go through the turnstiles? They open at 9am.

Most of the times we have been there, they have opened right on time. We generally try to arrive a half hour before park opening so we can get a good parking spot, and be one of the first inside the park.
