Seaworld Shuttle

Somebody mentioned to me that they thought seaworld provided a shuttle service including select resorts....just wondering if anyone knows anything about this

Nope, no such thing. You can go to the TTC and get on a Lynx bus there that will drop you off at the SeaWorld parking lot.
I'm not sure if Mears runs a shuttle to SW or not. They do to US/IoA.

Mears also drops off at Sea World. I've been on the shuttle to Universal several times, when one of the stops was to drop off or pick people up at Sea World. I'm not sure about the fee, but would assume it would be the same $19.00 round trip per person as if you were going to Universal.

Sea World is now selling packages in conjunction with several neighboring hotels and is running a shuttle service to those hotels, you can find out about it on the SW website: http://seaworldparks.com/seaworld-orlando/Vacations.

If you pre-buy a Bush Gardens ticket or a combo SW/BG ticket there is also a shuttle bus from SW to BG and back.
