I see that partner hotels offer this for free.

1) Is this the same thing SW offers as a separate purchase? $19/pp?

2) Is there only one quick queue option? Meaning no matter how you obtain your quick queue access, it provides the same benefits?

3). The benefits are to enter the quick queue line, bypassing most crowds, on several rides at SW?

4) no limits in the number of times you can use quick queue lines?

Slightly different. The one SeaWorld sells at $19 per person is quick queue unlimited that allows you multiple trips on each ride

Yes, regular quick queue only allows one time on each ride. So that means one visit to manta, one visit to krakan etc.

That is correct.

Regular quick queue is limited to one ride per attraction. They will punch a whole in your card each time through. With quick queue unlimited you get a wrist band and jsut show each time you ride.

Also the new Antarctica area is only on QQ unlimited, NOT available on the QQ that you get through the hotels at all.

My DD9 will ride the big rides, but DD10 will not, so no big coasters. Is the unlimited quick que still a good idea to buy? I will be there this month, during peak season.

Online, Antarctica is listed as a QQ attraction on the "Thrills and Chills" package which includes the single use QQ. It may be just on that package though. So it appears there are at least a couple of versions out there.
