Seaworld help, dining too

We'll have 2 half days at SW. The first day we'll arrive at 1:00pm and the park is open til 7. The second day we'll arrive at 10, but will need to leave by 3:00.

Does anyone want to help me plan, especially on the first day. Ideally we'd like to see all 4 shows and the Penguins as priority.

Also, what's the best spot for a quick meal? Thanks!!
