SeaWorld/Aquatica in One Day?

My SeaWorld AP also includes Aquatica and I've never been. I was wondering how feasible it would be to visit both in one day. I would prefer not to drive. (Poolside drinking is a bit of a hobby of mine.). My condo is on the Lynx/IRide routes to SW and I'm quite used to using each. Ideally I'd like to pack a bag of things for Aquatica, store it in a locker, hit SeaWorld from opening till early afternoon, then head over to Aquatica for the rest of the day.

I read somewhere that there is a shuttle between these two parks? Anyone know how this works?

Can I bring bottled water into Aquatica? What about food-I was thinking carrots/hummus and maybe some fruit? I can be a pretty picky eater.

Does Aquatica have adequate changing facilities? I don't need to do any formal wedding level grooming but it would be nice to get showered/dry before the ride back to the condos.

Thanks!

All I can say is nope. We were at SW yesterday from open to close. We did not even see half the park-I mean we did not go past Wild Arctic all the way around to Shark Encounter on the other side. We only rode 2 rides(10 minute or less wait) for the coasters). We did not get to see the sea lion show, the tower was not running, didn't spend time in the underwater viewing areas, didn't play games, play in the play area, and we did not go into 1 shop to look around. We also couldn't figure in a time to eat a 2nd meal and ended up eating snacks on the run. When they have summer hours it might be easier to see and do it all but then there are the night shows so it is even hard to do then. SW to see and ride everything deserves at least a day and a half. I would advise getting the 2 day and going to SW for a full day.

Thanks for the reply. I have an AP and travel to Orlando multiple times each year so I'm not really worried about packing everything in. In fact I hope to take it slowly! I was at SeaWorld For two days last month and in September I'll have a week at SeaWorld/Aquatica/Universal (visited UO on 3 days last month) before moving to Lake Buena Vista for a week at Disney :)

OK, I was thinking a 1 time deal. Since you have been before sure you can do both. My sons have gone to Aquatica and SW both on the same day. They didn't really change clothes to do it either. They wore baggies and a T and their girls just wore sun dresses over their suits to SW. They bought the all day meal at SW. Ate breakfast and lunch at SW. Left about 2 spent a few hours on the slides and returned to SW for the summer night shows and more food.
