We are a family of 4 , my in-laws booked much later than us (this is for the 5/10 western) and at this point they are still in late dining, while we are main. We don't want to change to late as my 6yr. old will not do well with the later seating. Needless to say my in-laws are very depressed about the possibility of missing the dinners and specialy the shows with their grandchildren. Since it does not look like they will get moved up before we sail (they are on a wait list) , how are their chances of switching on the day we board (its just the 2 of them) ? I feel bad for them and would like to offer them some kind of reassurance it will all work out.
Also, if they can't get switched would they be allowed to take our place the night we have Palo res. and dine with our daughters ?
