Seating setups

Does anybody know how the seating is configured on these rides? (DH and I are taking 3 children and trying to figure out who can sit together, child swap, ride alone, etc...) wondering about Peter Pan's Flight, POTC, Stitch, and Haunted Mansion? Do the cars hold two or three across?

For Peter Pan, there is one bench seat per ride vehicle, you will need to beak into groups of 2 and 3, with one parent in each.

POTC is a boat ride, seating is identical to Small World, several rows of seats.

Stitch is a theater attraction, every person on their own seat due to special effects.

Haunted Mansion, one bench seat per vehicle, break into parties of 2/3
