Hello! Does all of the seating at Garden Grill offer views of Livin' with the Land? If so, do the tables or the booths offer a better view? I'm thinking the booths offer a better view. If this is the case, will they honor a request for a booth and will they seat 4 at a booth or are they just for larger parties?

Thanks!

Becky

I have only sat in the lower booths the 3 times I have been there. I don’t think there is really a good view of Living with the Land. I only recall seeing the top portion of the house. I have been a party of 2 and a party of 4 in the booth, so they aren’t just for large parties! Enjoy your time there!

The booths are for parties of 4, not larger. Restaurants will try to honor requests, however they may not always be able to do so. It never hurts to ask.

The second floor tables do not offer any view at all. The lower floor booths offer minimum views, as pp mentioned. Character interaction is easier to manage on the second floor. You only really get a sense you’re rotating when seating in the booths.

We’ve sat on the lower level as a party of 2. I do prefer that level as you can hear the sounds and see a bit of the attraction. I would agree character interaction is better on the second level due to the configuration.

We've requested seating on the lower level when we've eaten at GG. It's not an amazing view of LWTL, but it still is cool to be able to look into the attraction. I also like that the booths on that level are high, so it adds a bit of privacy to the meal.

While the pics aren't great...these are some I've taken of LWTL from the lower level seating at GG.

Awful pic, but it was a view of the bison while we dined...

As others have stated the view from the lower seats isn't that good anyways but you can do what I do what I do and TriggerTigger obviously did. Get up walk to the edge and you can take some pretty nice pictures of the ride.

I prefer the lower seating. Not necessarily for the view, it just doesn't feel as closed in as the upper level. We have been seated in both and we are 2, sometimes 3 people.

We've done both and surprisingly enough preferred the upper level. Not as pretty, but easier to manager character interactions, especially with a little one. One thing to note, if you have a child in a high chair, you must sit on the upper level. The booths can only have a booster seat and it's very wobbly on the cushion booth seat

I've been seated next to a party of 6 in the booths on the lower seating level on multiple occasions.

When there this March we were sat at a booth on the lower level as a party of three at my request specifically so my mom could watch the ride from above as its one of her faves

Thanks everyone! I think we will definitely request lower level to at least get a glimpse of the view and the motion. And the privacy factor sounds nice. We are usually booth people anyway. Hopefully they will be able to accommodate our request. I can see where character interaction might be easier at the tables, but we won't have any little ones with us so hopefully we can manage OK. Thanks again!!! :-)

We sat on the lower level as a family of 6. You couldn't necessarily see Living with the Land from the table, but my kids stood on the edge and watched for the ride. They could see the little house and came up with all sorts of make believe stories about it, it was super fun!

Is it stairs to get to the upper level? That would make the decision for my family.
