Seasonally opened??

I was wondering if anyone knew exactly when restaraunts marked as "SEASONAL" are actually opened? We are going in Sept and was trying to get a few ideas, but I don't want to plan to try a restaraunt only to be disappointed because they aren't open that time of year.

"Seasonal" in Disney-speak apparently means "We will open this whenever we think it's crowded enough to have it open." There really isn't any way to say for sure when or if a seasonal restaurant will be open. That said, September is free dining time, and they usually open some overflow restaurants especially in MK - but it's probably best not to make any definite plans regarding a "seasonal" opening.
