What does "open seasonally" mean? When are the special seasons?

Seasonal really means high crowds. COP and the time keeper are open during seasonal times.

It depends on when in the summer you are talking about. Mid summer is considered busy. And dies off about mid august. I think June (when schools start getting out) is considered the start of the busy season.
