Seasonal passes

I have seasonal passes and they expire May 24. I thought I was supposed to receive renewal information in the mail but I haven't received anything. Has this happened to anyone else?

You can renew by phone.

I didn't recieve any notices on our passes 2 years ago. Although, this past year we got several notices in the mail and an e-mail notice. They also had it posted on the WDW website when I logged in with our SP info. HTH
