Hi all,

Does anyone know if a Seasonal Pass bought now would be eligible for entry to Volcano Bay as well once it opens?

As of now no, I asked this exact question at guest services last week. They will be rolling out a new pass in the coming weeks. The way I was explained was that the seasonal will be for the two main parks and they will have another pass that basically replaces the step up pass.

Thanks so much for sharing. That's really good to know before I purchased!

Did it sound like they will be getting rid of the seasonal pass? Should I be grabbing now for current pricing?

No, it sounded to me like they were combining Volcano Bay with the Preferred and Power pass. The two seasonal would stay the same. They would have no access to Volcano Bay, the upper 2 would

Hmm...wonder how that affects a Power pass I bought a while ago, but haven't yet activated. Do you think they'll honor Volcano Bay access on it or not?

That's a question I can't answer. Universal is pretty liberal with their passes though and if its unused I'm sure they would let you change/upgrade it.

I doubt that any pass that exists now will include Volcano Bay. I think you'll have to upgrade or buy an extra ticket.

The only one that does include Volcano Bay presently is the 3 park explorer pass.

Is there any word on the single day stand alone pricing for Volcano Bay yet?
I am hoping being a seasonal passholder would at least offer a discount on Volcano Bay tickets. We plan to go for three nights in August and we will be staying onsite and hoping to spend a day at Volcano Bay. I don't expect it to be included but I hope we won't be paying full one day ticket pricing.
