Seasonal help!

Question. My CP just ended and a couple weeks before I went over to Casting because I wanted to go CT seasonal afterward. However, I had gotten the flu in the middle of my program and had a bunch of absences because of it. They told me I couldn't switch because of this. Is there any way I can reapply for CT? I absolutely LOVED my job and I want to go back and work there during the summer and whenever I'm off from school. I hope this doesn't ruin my chances.
