I am a seasonal CM (was a CP). I believe you go to Casting and ask to be seasonal. You only have to work 40 hrs. a year, I believe, to keep your status (that's what my manager told me).

DD is a seasonal CM. She doesn't work anywhere near 40 hours a year, but she was a full-time CM at one time and has been there 7 years so things may have changed.

I'm just repeating what my supervisor told me. Though they do ask full avaliability at holiday times like Christmas, which is when I'll be going back to work.
