Seasonal Counter Service?

I have read/seen conflicting information about:
Flame Tree BBQ in AK and
Pirata y el Perico in MK Adventureland (I think I have the name right?)

Are they always open, or only during busy seasons? Did Pirata y el Perico close permanently?

We're going in February and considered these for counter service lunch...but if they won't be open...

Can someone tell me?

I dont' know if this will help you, but we just got back Sunday, and El Pirata was closed :-(.

Thanks Ann! Yes, that helps. I'm assuming that if it's not open in June, it certainly won't be open in February!

I've read somewhere (can't rem where) that it closed permanently, but it's still listed on many sites, so???
