Seasonal AP question

If I buy a seasonal annual pass can I upgrade it at any time after I purchase it? Like if we decided to go during one of the blockout periods, for example.

I was told on the pass holder phone line that they can only be upgraded to a currently available pass. I was contemplating a seasonal 15 month pass for a family member that can’t travel as much. I asked if I could upgrade to A higher pass later and was told only what is available at the time of upgrade. She clarified that if a 15 month pass isn’t available at the time I would lose the 3 months and it would be a 12 month AP after upgrade starting with the original activation. It’s something to think about.

When I bought my ap, it was eons ago...
There were only two levels for them

it might have been back in 93
So when the 15 month ap started the info you received is most likely current

I renew each year and some years I do get the bonus 3 months added on to my ap
Started doing UO the second year it was open

So you remember the $99 buy one year get one free? Those were the good old days. UO is my favorite!

I can remember when it cost $79...
only two levels back then
Premier and preferred
