We are booked for Disney March 2021 but will switch to Universal if things don't look better by then. Never been to Universal so no clue how things really work there. We don't live in FL so it would be a out of state Pass. We for sure want EP and don't care what hotel we stay at. We want 4 or 5 park days and plan to visit all parks. What is the cheapest way to get EP? Do any of the Season Passes come with them? Should we just get tickets and stay at one of the Hotels that have EP? I feel like I'm missing something.

The cheapest way to get express is almost always to stay in one of the three hotels that offer it with the stay- the three most expensive ones. It’s unlimited express from check in day to check out day.

The premier pass includes express after 4pm, one time per ride.

Many people find it’s worth getting a preferred or premier pass for one person to get the merchandise, food, and resort discounts. Whether it’s worth it for everyone depends on what the lowest ticket price is you can find, and how many times you plan on visiting. I think passed get an extra 3 months right now, making them 15 month passes.

Run the numbers as to cost of a 5 day park to park pass with the least expensive APH that fits your dates.

March/spring break time is popular & typically pricey in Orlando at both parks.

cannot overstate how great the FOTL perk is but if you have 5 days in the parks would likely be able to do without if necessary & enjoy one of the other onsite resorts
