My wife just read about the Season of Dreams Package on Mousesavers. We had already booked our stay at Beach Club from 11/15 to 11/21 and paid our deposit. Mouseavers said that many people were getting significant savings so she called Disney and asked if it was possible to apply the code to our reservation. After putting her on hold, they came back on and said that the code had been accepted. When it was all said and done with, we saved $600 for our 6 night stay!! Now my wife is online digging around Mousesavers and other sites trying to see what else she can find. I haven't seen anything about this on these boards, so I hope some others on here can take advantage of this! Good luck!

I found It on the front page of Mousesavers.com.

I e-mailed small world vacations and they quoted a rate that was only $360 less than the regular rate. They had used the code. Another family reported on another thread thatt they saved nearly $1000 for a nine night stay beginning Dec. 23. I am staying 12/10 to 12-18. I don't get it. Not sure what to do. Call Disney myself?

my sister called disney with the code last week and they told her that there were no more rooms left for that rate. This was after calling her AAA ta to have the code applied, came back more money...lol. Congrats to everyone who were able to save with the code.

You are comparing two different seasons, that is the reason for the difference

Your dates fall into the value season therefore the discount amount is less because your room rate is less to begin with. The people that are arriving December 23, they fall into the holiday season rates, which are much higher then value season, that is the reason for the larger discount for them

Here is an example for the Wilderness Lodge (I don't know which resort you are referring to)
Value season rates early December - standard view is $205 per night plus tax
Holiday season rates later in December - standard view is $335 per night plus tax

As you can see the regular price difference it quite a bit, therefore, the total $ savings with the discount offer will also be very different

I think if you go onto Disney website to the right is a box with current offers. Pick one of them and it will take you to the offers. You can put in your information and it will show you your rate including the discount it will calculate if for you without putting in a code. As long as your dates are within the time frame and the package isn't sold out it should do it for you.

Hmmm, could be that I found the code late. still, only a difference of $15 per room between mine and yours. I am staying at the Port Orleans French quarter. 12/10-18.

The 360 savings that Small World quoted is right. Rack rate for POFQ for your dates is $156 approx per night (incl tax). I checked your dates for the Seasons of Dreams package and it's approx 900 for the room portion which is 112 incl tax per night so that's a saving of 44 per night x 8 nights = almost 360. So they're spot on! It's a very good deal in my opinion!

Keep in mind that it ends on September 30th so don't wait too long to make a decision

It does not, Disney doesn't normally discount anything that has "suite" in its description

Thank You! Thank you everyone! I feel so much better and I will put my deposit down next week. Small World Vacations has it on a courtesy hold. Ok, now I can move on to more important things, like Where to eat on what days and which parks to to to on those days, and MVMCP, etc!
