Season change midway through stay?

Does DVC point rates change if your stay starts in one season and ends in the next season? Or is it all governed by your check-in date?

Points are "daily" based on the point charts. There is no "season carryover" like with regular Disney cash ressies.

your points are calculated day by day: (If Monday is in the one season it uses the points for that day then if Tuesday is in the next season it uses the points for that season.)

We experienced this earlier this year. The points changed for 2 of the 5 nights we were at BWV.
