Sears can I buy visa or MasterCard

Sears cards are on sale at my grocery store for five times gas points I was wondering does anybody know if I can still buy the visa prepaid cards at Kmart or Sears? If the visa or MasterCard are not allowed can I buy other restaurant or Disney cards with the Sears cards...thanks in advanced

I am not sure about the prepaid credit cards. I don't think that you can. Also, some people have had luck buying eBay and Disney cards at their local Kmart. The system allows it, but some managers and clerks may not run the transaction, so it is YMMV.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a retailer that will let you buy a visa or mastercard giftcard with a store giftcard. Like the PP said, some have had luck at Kmart buying other gc's but not so much with Sears. But it is definitely YMMV and you need to be ok using the card at either store for stuff if none will let you buy a gc.

I wouldn't buy too many Sears or K-Mart gift cards. They have been losing money for years and I wouldn't be shocked if they closed all of the stores on a moments notice and went out of business.
