Seared tuna?

Anyone know which places offer seared tuna and which ones are good? I keep hearing rave reviews about Kona. Just wondering if we have any other options. DH isn't nearly as much of a foodie as me but that is the ONE thing he absolutely LOVES so I'm going to try to make his wish come true!

I had a seared ahi tuna appetizer at Y&Y that was really good.

This may not be exactly what you are asking for, but Sunshine Seasons in Epcot has a wonderful seared tuna salad. I crave that salad when I am not there!
