Searching Problem

Hi everyone, I am new here and looking for advice for my 1st Disney trip this June. I haven't been successful at searching. Is it working for everyone else? Any tips? It would be great for me to search on my questions before I just ask... Thanks! This site is so helpful!

Search has been disabled on and off as we are still working on server upgrades. Some people have suggested that you can actually use Google to search here for what you want by typing in your search term and DIS . I haven't tried it so I don't know if it works.

Since you may not have the option to search go ahead and just ask the questions you may have! We have lots of different forums so look around for the best place to get the answers you need and start a thread. Oh, some of them do have a FAQ thread at the top, so you may find what you need there.

In case anyone hasn't done this before, to search the disboards on google you type site:disboards.com after your search terms.

To search for mickey mouse on the disboards, go to google and type:

mickey mouse site:disboards.com or

"mickey mouse" site:disboards.com

i had the same problem and asked here too. some people told me if you set your colors to california gold (at the bottom of the page under styles), it well work.

i sometimes have success by doing that! but you may have to pick that color after the search has started. for example you start the search, and it goes back to your original color, quick pick california gold, and it may work.
