Searched--can't find noob answer

Alright guys, I am on many, many different forums, and I have never had a forum default the profile so that I subscribe to EVERY thread that I post in. I don't want to subscribe to and receive e-mails about these threads! I searched everywhere, including the FAQ and can't find how to disable this. Please help me!

go to quick links, hit subscribed threads, scroll to the bottom and pick no email notification.

I'm in the same boat as the OP. Is there any way to default to no email notification rather then having to change it every time?


Never mind, I found it.

User CP - Edit options. I found it. I must have overlooked it every time...
