Search disabled......what's been coming up on Hotwire lately?

Has anyone booked through Hotwire lately? Just curious what's been showing up for hotels in WDW area.....

I booked through Hotwire last month & got the Courtyard by Marriott at Downtown Disney. I did tons of research beforehand & was 99% sure that it was this hotel before I placed my bid. I got it for $29 for a weekend stay.

The biddingfortravel site is good for priceline, but not so good for hotwire as the site admin. likes to delete hotwire posts. A better site to check for hotwire hotels is http://www.betterbidding.com/

threeboysmom, how many stars did Hotwire give the Courtyard and do you remember what the amenities were? I'd love to stay there. Thanks

John P - I can't remember now for amenities, but it was a 3.5 star rating. But I found out the hotel name by going to the Vacation Packages section on Hotwire (they list hotels by name there) and found the Courtyard listed. Then I matched up the star rating and amenities to what was listed in the Hotels section. I also checked on betterbidding.com for a list of hotels that show up in WDW area. I believe the Courtyard was the only one listed as a 3.5 * but that could have changed. Always do your research first as things can change at any time. Good luck!!

If you check the above site i'm sure you'll find the star rating and amenities associated with the Courtyard as well as many other hotels that come up in your search.
