Seagull Hat?

Does anyone know how exactly to get a seagull hat? I've heard it's from a quest. If so does the quest expire before April 17th?

It is part of the pirate quest and since the quests out now either expire 12/31/05 or June/September of 2006 you are in good shape- I believe the pirate quest is a later quest so it will be around longer.

Haunted Mansion expires 12/31/05
Frontierland expires 9/30/06
Tomorrowland expires 12/31/05
Adventureland expires 9/30/05

I don't have the card for pirate quest so can't give you an exact date...
