seafood restaurant

We both had seafood dishes at both Kona (I had Mahi Mahi, Jack had shrimp and Scallops) and Jiko (I had shrimp, Jack had halibut) and we loved them!

Also good are meant to be Fultons and Flying Fish Cafe for seafood.

And I'm sure we'll be having at least one seafood dish between us at Narcoosees and California grill. We love fish, but aren't brave or skilled enough to cook it much at home, so it's normally what we have when we eat out.

We dined at Cape May Cafe at Beach Club last year, and my DD11 said it was her favourite. She said the crab was the best ever. I too have heard good things about Flying Fish but never been, yet!

Only eaten in Joe's Crabshack, we enjoyed it, as the name suggests they specialise in crab :faint: I guess Reb Lobster is the onther chain I can think of but I've never eaten there, perhaps somebody else will be along to give their opinion

we love Red Lobster - although it is a chain and nothing fancy - but their cheddar bay biscuits are AMAZING!!!:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

Try Crabby Bills at Indian Rocks Beach - about 20 mins from Clearwater.

FABULOUS!!!!!

the Celebration Town Tavern in Celebration
it's known for its clam chowder...
i thought the fish and chips was the best i've had in orlando...

We are also fans of Red Lobster, we have had great meals at both LBV and the Formosa Gardens restaurant on the 192, We also liked joes crab shack but more for the fact our ds could play whilst we sat and had some drinks outside than the quality of the food, a bit more expensive are Bonefish and Fishbones both are just off international drive at the sandlake road area. We have also tried the Crab house, the lobster buffet on idrive (sorry cant remember the name) and Landrys seafood, and wouldnt bother going back to any of them!

We like McCormick and Schmicks at the Mall at Millenia, although it's a few years since we were last there. On our "to do" list for a while now have been Oceanaire at Pointe Orlando and Ocean Prime on restaurant row at Sand Lake Road, both of which get rave reviews from foodies and critics alike.

i've eaten at the McCormick and Schmicks in Chicago and the Ocean Prime in Detroit - both were high end and quite good...
i don't know how the orlando branches compare, but if they're even half as good, you'll have a good fish meal!!
