Seafood Recipe help needed

DH brought home a jar of "Seafood Coctail W/ Peppers"...

He's eaten some of it from the jar, but before it goes bad, I'd like to make some sort of sauce to go with it for him.

First he thought a red sauce, over spagetti, then he thought about doing this.

Frying lightly, and making a white sauce, then putting that over spagetti.

The seafood in this is as follows.

Cuttlefish, Squids, Mussells, Octopus, Shrimp, and then Red/Yellow Peppers, Wine and Vinager.

If we go white sauce- how??? I dont eat seafood, so have never done anything with a white sauce. DH eats pizza with Clams & White Sauce..not me. Any idea's- TOSS THEM OUT!!!

how about trying the sauteing lightly in some olive oil and some garlic and then a small container of alfredo sauce......maybe even a half jar of it and then add a little bit of water.......then toss with the linquini or spaghetti......
